Day 46- Haircut

I did it!
I cut it all off, and I'm so glad I did! I was so scared it would look terrible, but I really like it. It's a good change for spring.

Day 45- Heat

Here in the lovely state of North Carolina, we don't really have a 'spring.' One week it's in the low 40's, and the next it's 85 degrees outside. From winter to summer in a matter of days. Though there are those occasional couple of days where it truly feels like April, they're very rare.

Today it was 83 degrees out. My school's air conditioning doesn't get turned on till April 25th, so we spent today roasting in our dress code-appropriate attire.

Oh how I can't wait for spring break.

Day 43- Gothic Pixie

About a week ago I posted a picture of me in this dress in pink. I loved it so much I had to go buy the black one too! The tulle is just so fun and crazy, it makes me feel like an evil pixie or something. Dressing up is a great way to escape reality, even if just for a little while.

Day 42- Dreaming of Short Hair

GUESS WHAT GUYS?!!!

I CUT MY HAIR!

Just kidding, but I wanted to. I spent all of yesterday contemplating whether or not I should chop off my long locks. I've spent almost six years growing out my hair, so I guess I'm a little tired of it. Short hair is just so springy! I was determined to make an appointment and get it done today, but my mom somehow managed to talk me out of it. So instead I pinned all my hair on top of my head to make it look like I had short hair and I took I selfie (it's below this paragraph of text).

So what do all of you think? Should I cut it to my shoulders, or keep it long?

Day 41

Blurry picture. Sadly this is the best shot I managed to get on this cold, rainy day. Luckily all of next week will be sunny, though. I can't wait!

So I bought this weird kimono/vest type-thing around this time last year, and this is actually the first time I've ever worn it. Strange, right? I could never figure out what to pair it with. But today I couldn't figure out what to add to this basic-tank-and-jeans look, so I threw it on. I actually think it worked out quite well.

Day 40

I decided to look cute today because today is the 40th day I've been doing this fashion challenge! I don't know, I think that's pretty monumental. That means there are 325 days left! Wow!
